I started my teaching career as an English teacher in 1998. From day one I was intrigued by the use of technology in education and have gravitated towards using technology to further my instruction. My interest in technology tools led me to abandoned my English roots (that's way too much paperwork anyway) and morph into a technology teacher.

I now teach Business Web Design, Computer Technology, Keyboarding, and College and Career Awareness at North Star Academy, a K-9 charter school. I'm also responsible for keeping the network healthy, maintaining the school's website, and supporting the staff in the use of technology in their classrooms. (Do I have an awesome job or what?)
