Troxell's 21ST Century purpose is to help educators accelerate learning through the application and use of technology. The position of Professional Development Consultant highlights Troxell's focus on providing teachers with the training they need. I will be learning new technologies and helping teachers integrate their use into instruction to engage students and increase achievement.

I love learning and sharing what I learn with others. I thrive on helping teachers and students use technology for meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

I am a former high school English teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's Degree in Education with Secondary Certification. I am a certified trainer for SMART Notebook, SMART Response, Hitachi Starboard, eBeam, Qomo Document Cameras/Classroom Responders and RM Easiteach, as well as a certified SMART Education Consultant. I am also an Intel Teach Master Teacher, PeerEd Peer Coaching Facilitator, Thinkfinity certified trainer and Discovery Star Educator with experience in interactive whiteboards, document cameras, Web 2.0 tools and more.

Since 2008, I have been active in AzTEA (Arizona Technology in Education Association) Arizona's affiliate chapter of ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) volunteering and holding office.
