Come see how to weave geography throughout your curriculum and how to incorporate proven history and literacy strategies into your upper elementary or Jr. High Social Studies classes, so that your students can “Experience” a bit of history and geography. You will learn where to access Primary Sources and be given ideas on how to include them in your Social Studies class. In addition, you will be introduced to online interactive history games, web sites, and other technology tools that will engage your students in history, geography, and culture.
